● Conducting weekly shrink audits, distributing next steps to relevant department managers and ensuring these have been completed as a matter of urgency.
● Ensuring routines are completed efficiently and if not re-training and working with colleagues to ensure the processes are completed properly.
● Supporting other stores in completing audits in their shrink champions absence and supporting them in getting their routines right in their store.
● Working directly with the regional manager and loss prevention regional manager.

● Responsible for correct routines across my departments ie newspaper and magazine returns, book returns, and music and game returns.

● Myself and my department was known on a regional level for standards and availability both on the shop floor and the warehouse, because of this I was put forward to be the training store for new and present home and health managers across the region. Also chosen to showcase my home and health department for ‘what good looks like’ to 20+ store managers and the regional manager.
● I supported the store in being one of the few managers in the shop to be duty manager competent. This involves completing a walk round and issuing next steps to both managers and colleagues to improve standards on the shop floor. This also involved the opening and closing down of the shop.
