I am an Eager Production Operator (Filler) in training, looking for a challenging position in a respected organisation that values excellent mechanical skills, great hand-eye coordination and understanding of teamwork that goes into efficient assembly line operations and equipment calibration. I can work independently & I am competent of the bottling hall environment & the following processes within said environment:

• Vat changes/Double Vat changes.
• Cap changes
• Line changes
• Quality Control
• Quality Control of Materials
• Accurately recording Downtime on Machine
• Following Health & Safety Procedures

I have been in Training and working on the Filler for 3 months & During this time I have Developed & improved my:

• Communication Skills
• being a Team player
• Organisation skills
• Time- management skills

I am Quality-Conscious of the products that are produced on the machine I'm operating on with;

• The defects (i.e. Underfills, Overfills & No caps)
• Hygiene (Glass breakage, spilling's & debris)
• Spirit check (Colour & Strength)
• Specification of caps required for the order.

I carry out all SOP's & procedures of health & safety and hygiene to carry out the production of the product as far as possible. And I am always open for new opportunities, new challenges & new ways to improve my performance in the bottling environment.
