2022-2023

Created and launched a Health and Safety Portal across 2 schools within the group, to improve communications and access to required documents and guidance. Received 'Exceptional' rating at review.

2021 -2022

Launched 'Wellness Wednesdays' on a two weekly basis as a drop in session via Microsoft Teams, for my peers and my seniors. These consist of mindfulness sessions, open conversations and self help material around mental health issues such as stress, anxiety and depression and how to spot the signs in others that may be struggling.
