The role also ensures personnel maintain compliance with mandatory professional requirements, including revalidation.

• Manage and coordinate all new arrivals into the unit, ensuring smooth onboarding and integration.
• Process departures, postings, and discharges in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain up-to-date records of personnel movements within relevant systems.
• Liaise with higher headquarters and external units to ensure continuity of information.
• Allocate personnel to appropriate roles or departments based on operational needs and individual competencies.

• Support workforce planning by identifying gaps, surpluses, and skill mismatches.
