My role in Alt Han consists of;

  • Created robust budgeting systems and introduced cost-saving strategies to support business objectives
  • Oversee facilities provided by Alt HAN from receipt through to project completion and acceptance
  • Liaise and support Surveyors, CAD designers and Field teams to ensure that all stages of work are completed efficiently and within strict SLA’s
  • Provide administrative support to the Client, BNO’s, DNO’s and the end customer
  • To support and input into the project reporting, both internal and external
  • Receive weekly/monthly approved facilities from Alt HAN and check that minimum agreed information has been received
  • Review facility information on ECOES, Google, local authority planning portals and other relevant search sites to confirm the information received and highlight any potential areas of concern
  • Engage with third party suppliers, where required, and ensure that SLA’s are being met
  • Provide accurate data for generation of Purchase Orders and take responsibility for checking the accuracy before being submitted to the Client
  • Support the Alt HAN service delivery manager in planning and coordinating the scale up activity through the mobilisation phase into enduring
  • Assist in building, maintaining and improving on an internal electronic filing and archive system
  • Provide administration, house-keeping and other support to management and colleagues in the department
  • Record stats and produce trackers as agreed with customer’s guidance
  • Take full ownership of issues, and to ensure timely, effective resolution
  • Prioritise and manage your workload to team and industry timescales
