During my time at Whitehall, I have learned a range of skills and liaised with multiple departments. My main role is to assist our Ecommerce and marketing manager with a variety of tasks and projects.
It is my responsibility to manage and maintain our website. This includes uploading new products, product research, data organisation, updating website navigation, solving any technical issues, organising product returns or refunds, contacting customers, answering customer queries and working to a deadline.
Alongside Ecommerce I also assist with purchase ordering & invoice matching, and around the store I ensure site signage is correct & up to date and the other sites have copies sent to them. This has improved my ability to prioritise and organise while maintaining communication with management.
