- I oversee, schedule, and mentor a team of assistant swimming instructors providing effective communication between team members to enhance the performance and progression of the students.
- Evaluate individual swimmer capabilities through online systems, determining readiness to move up to more advanced levels and maintaining accurate tracking records of their achievements.
- Act as one of the primary points of contact for families, delivering detailed updates regarding swimmer development, behavioural updates, and program expectations.
- I am currently enrolled for an SEQ Level 2 Swim Teaching course 2nd August – 9th August.

- I assist the lead swimming coach in the pool, teaching children aged 3 to 10+, during weekend swimming sessions.
- I assist with developing and implementing lesson plans.

- I also work on the reception and provide front of house customer service duties 2 nights per week during college term time, thus building my confidence. Additionally, when I am on reception, I do a stock take of merchandise and accessories and stock the shelves as well as taking payment and managing/ handling money thus providing me with retail experience.

- I provide my free time outside of college to a local community group of circa 80-110 members aged 55+.
- My roles include preparing the room, money handling, serving hot drinks and cake to the tables, speaking to the members, assisting visitors and the guest speakers then cleaning the rooms at the end of the event.
- I thoroughly enjoy helping my local community, I have learnt a lot from the speakers and have made some lovely friends.

- I worked part-time during term time and full-time during peak holiday seasons as a pool attendant co-ordinating the general public accessing the slides and other activities, along with their general health and safety, welfare and enjoyment of the facility.
- Additionally I maximized pool safety by watching swimmers for signs of distress and removing hazards.
- Being an active team member, I also assist with general cleaning duties and have assisted life guards at their stations.
