Worked on project with L&D Team to create course on Group Presenting Skills and Leadership Styles. Travelled around UK with L&D partner to deliver course to senior leaders.
Selected to be part of Five Guys HACCP Team due to commitment to Food Safety. Attend yearly Food Safety Team conference, and have been part of important decisions on vendors and updates to our processes. Support with new products and testing required.
Facilitated training on neurodiversity and autism for senior leadership and HR teams at Five Guys. Collaborated with Enable Scotland to identify support strategies for neurodiverse staff. Initiated discussions regarding training offerings related to neurodiversity in the workplace.
Achieved recognition as 'Impact Player of the Year' in 2023 for enhancing operational outcomes. Was also shortlisted to top 3 General Managers for Customer Service Award 2020.
