Summary

I am a caring, compassionate, and motivated individual with a strong interest in supporting and helping others. I recently completed an Access to Higher Education course in Midwifery and went on to begin my Midwifery degree at university. Although I found the course extremely rewarding, I made the decision to step back due to the challenges of balancing academic study with family life and raising my children. This period has given me valuable resilience, adaptability, and perspective, while also strengthening my desire to pursue a career where I can make a positive difference in people’s lives.

Through both my studies and personal experiences, I have developed excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills. I work well both independently and collaboratively, and I am able to remain calm, patient, and understanding in challenging situations. My compassionate nature allows me to build trusting relationships quickly, and I take pride in being reliable and supportive to those around me.

I am eager to contribute to a team where care, empathy, and encouragement are valued, and where I can continue to learn and grow professionally.

I started off working here as part time reception after I had my first child and needed part time hours. Once my children had started school I went into full time work as service admin.

This was heavily based on customer service. A big part of my role was speaking to customers after their visits to see how it went and to help solve any issues.

It also involved booking in customers for appointments, managing diaries and taking phone calls from customers who required updates or help with questions about their vehicles. General administration duties such as filing was also involved.

I worked with others as well as on my own.

This required and showed great organisational skills, time management, communication skills and team working

My main responsibilities included managing and ordering food for the week ahead, making sure the right amount was ordered to avoid wastage, and keeping on top of stock rotation. I also served customers on a daily basis, maintaining rapport and repeat business.


I believe this showed and required great communication skills, team working, time management and organisation.

My main responsibilities included service and advising customers whilst building up a rapport, giving information on products and prices and helping them find what they want, maintaining stock levels and ordering more when needed, handling any complaints or passing on to the relevant person, and keeping my section and the store clean and tidy.


This all required and showed great customer service skills, communication, team working, independent working, time management and organisation.
