Marketing Programme Director
- Leads the end-to-end delivery of Bicester Village’s marketing and loyalty communication overseeing a fully integrated programme spanning content, brand marketing, digital, paid media, advocacy and membership.
- Responsible for aligning cross-functional teams through strong stakeholder engagement across PR, Partnerships, Retail, Hospitality, Finance, and Legal, ensuring cohesive execution of the overarching brand vision.
- Translates strategic objectives into actionable marketing plans and budgets for all campaigns on the Village calendar—targeting both domestic and international audiences ensuring seamless execution to plan, on time and on budget, meeting defined KPIs.
- Key achievements include leading marketing and communications support for critical programmes such as the upcoming 30th anniversary, COVID-related closures and openings, the 2017 major extension launch and major commercial campaigns including Sale and Christmas.
- Oversees delivery of marketing initiatives tied to high-profile strategic partnerships, including local partners such as Chiltern Railways & Blenheim Palace, the British Fashion Council, charitable organisations, restaurant and brand launches, and global commercial partners such as airlines and financial institutions.
- Ensure integration of plans focused on delivering growth from key global markets, including Greater China, the Middle East, and India.
- Accountable for setting, monitoring, and reporting on KPIs across all marketing and communications activities. Responsible for managing an £8m marketing budget and supporting legal agreements.
- Repeatedly promoted in recognition of strong performance, holding previous roles including Head of Destination Marketing, Deputy Marketing Director, and Marketing Operations Director.
