• LLOP - Picking (Ambient), Loading
• PPTL - Tipping trailers with pallets
• ROPTL - Mainly for loading
• FORK LIFT - Put aways, Replenish (Ambient)
• COUNTER BALANCE - double stack pallets to take down
• RDT - Scanning, Goods in

Picking - Using a headset called Talkman. Working in three different chambers, Chill, FRV, Ambient. Making sure that the customer get their products for the correct store.

Tipping - Tipping was one of my main job, working my way up from picking and breaking down. Good communication was very vital in this role from communicating with the dock for where the trailers should go for me to tip, working with the drivers that delivered the products always with a smile. I mainly took control of FRV and was left to do so because I was very well trusted in the role.

Fork Lift - This was a fast paced job making sure the pickers had the stock refilled on demand ready for the loaders to then take the cages ready to be taken to stores. Putting away the pallets that has just been delivered ready for the next shift to have a clean floor. These were all meeting targets and never failed to meet the hourly target of putting away and replens.

Loading - Loading is a physically demanding job. Making sure i set the correct temperatures according to the cages. Collecting the cages ready for the correct time of departure of the trailer. This was a very fast paced and i worked very well under the pressure and time I was given for Loading.

Scanning was a important part of this production, making sure there was no errors. Using a RDT and having good communication with the goods in team for things to be built or if any errors.

Overall i really enjoyed this job role, I was given a lot of progression and was very vital employee and was trusted to be left without any worries. I work very well in fast paced roles as all my previous work. My communication skills has got me working with other people and given great customer service.
