I am a highly organised and experienced operations professional with over thirteen years’ experience in customer-facing environments, including my role as Head of Operations at Tramshed Arts and, most recently, within the serviced office sector as a multi-site Business Centre Manager.

I have significant experience in negotiating and restructuring facilities contracts, delivering cost savings while maintaining high service standards and operational efficiency.
