Summary

I have more than 7 years experience working in early years where i have developed passion for supporting children with special needs and demonstrated skills in developing IEPs. I have spent time focusing on improving educational outcomes for children with special education needs and disabilities and providing opportunities for success as i have been key worker and one to one support for children with additional support needs. I have a background in education and child development, showcasing strong organisational skills and a collaborative approach to supporting children and fostering inclusive environments. I am committed to ensuring that all children get the appropriate support that meets their individual needs in line with the local authority budget and ensuring all educational settings comply with what is outlined in any EHCP. Being a SEN parent myself i am dedicated to providing compassionate support for improved educational, social and emotional outcomes. I am experienced in developing and implementing inclusion strategies within an education setting. I also feel enthusiastic to collaborate with teachers, parents and outside agencies to support children with special needs. I have a strong understanding of special educational needs and disabilities and the impact on learning.
