> Using a range of software to support the repairs/spares Inventory Process (BIWMS, JIRA, IFS, Foundry, JAMES).

> Overseeing and collaborating on processes within the team to overcome and improve existing inventory processes.


Skynet: Military Satellite Contract

> Designed & implemented the entire repairs process for the contract Including: Strategizing the logistics of the repairs going to & from the suppliers, repair times, internal process of repairs, reporting to the MOD and training of internal & external teams.

> Initiated collaboration with internal teams worldwide to better understand the logistics of creating an effective repairs process.

> Became an SME in repairs, evaluated other departments involved in the process to support their success & provide beneficial feedback.

> Demonstrated processes to the Customer to improve the strategy based on the feedback and gained approval.

> Ownership of managing supplier relationships for four military defence suppliers.

> Delivering spares & organising the logistics of supply spares of communications equipment to the Customer.

> Managing repair of unserviceable items, collaborating with procurement to facilitate a smooth process for the Customer.

> Managed disposal of obsolete or damaged goods, ensuring proper waste management practices were followed.

> Presented award in front of MOD officials in recognition of my ability to 'Form effective partnerships & relationships' as well as being able to 'Overcome challenges' in light of my contribution to the Skynet programme.

> Throughout my time in Skynet (Babcock), i have been awarded 'Star of the Month' on numerous occasions from my peers & seniors in recognition of my dedication to my work.

Hobbies

  • Beekeeping: I enjoy the hands-on experience of tending to bee colonies, fostering their well-being, and contributing to environmental sustainability.
  • Gardening: Enjoy growing my own flowers, fruits & vegetables in my garden
  • Walking: Exploring the Cornish Countryside with my partner & dog.
  • Baking: From experimenting with new recipes to perfecting classic favourites like cookies, cakes, and bread, baking is my creative outlet. I enjoy bringing this to my team days.
