My current role is within Swetenhams Frodsham as a Mortgage Partner, prior to here, I contributed to the success at both Bebington and flagship office in Allerton Road Liverpool, and helped Bebington office achieve profit for the first time, in a number of years.
I measure my success by achieving targets and helping my colleagues achieve theirs.

I joined Sequence from a previous competitor in 2020, this was a step up in my career as I was given the opportunity to manage a successful team of Mortgage Consultants across the Wirral and Merseyside, and was my first management role
This role was met with success and challenges, challenges which I met head on.
A challenge being I was met with multiple resignations within my first week of starting the role, therefore I found recruitment to be a very large and key part to the job at that time.
After stabilising the team, I directed management efforts to understand each individual's motivations.
After being successful in my role as a negotiator I was given the opportunity to become a trainee mortgage consultant within the Warrington Bridgford's office, I was given the opportunity to study previously to obtain my CeMap qualification, this was a steep learning curve but one I faced head on
I received many promotions within my time at Countrywide, and accolades for results.
I joined Countrywide as a Sales Negotiator in 2013, with previous sales experience but no Estate agency.
I found I had a real passion for customer service and targets, this fed well into my driven and competitive nature
My role was largely to register applicants, explore opportunities for Market Appraisals, Mortgage Appointments, multiple viewings, sales and sell solicitors were applicable & offer good customer service
I was then offered a Trainee Mortgage Consultants role, and during the time was studying for my CeMap qualifications, which I passed.
In my role as a Customer Service advisor, I was customer facing dealing with customer requests, queries regarding their finances, handling sums of money & handling customer complaints, dealing with different types of customers on a day to day basis
