I am a resilient and empathetic individual with experience supporting people with learning difficulties. I am seeking to transition into a Teaching Assistant role in an SEN school. I am passionate about helping children overcome challenges, develop their confidence, and reach their potential. I understand the importance of providing person-centered support. My experience in this, combined with strong communication skills, patience, and adaptability makes me well-suited to creating an inclusive and nurturing learning environment. My experience has enabled me to develop strong observational skills, such as noting small changes in behaviour, and being able to respond appropriately by adapting my own. I pride myself on being able to make people feel comfortable, and I do not shy away from difficult situations. I strongly believe that every child deserves to feel heard and respected. I am eager to bring my transferable skills to the classroom, support the individual needs of students, and contribute to their academic and personal growth.
