I am a recent graduate from the London School of Economics with a strong academic background in Sociology, achieving a 2:1 in my BSc degree. My education has equipped me with a deep under-standing of societal structures, human behaviour, and the dynamics that shape our world. I am en-thusiastic about applying my knowledge and skills to contribute positively to society and address pressing social issues. I am a dedicated and curious individual, eager to explore opportunities to make a meaningful impact in the field of sociology and beyond. I possess a significant amount of experience in customer service, which has instilled in me a deep appreciation for fostering profes-sional and high-quality relationships between employees and customers, as well as nurturing posi-tive employee relations within organisations. I am a sociable and articulate person who enjoys lis-tening to and helping others, a skill I was able to express and develop professionally whilst working in front of house positions looking after customers. My journey in customer service sparked a keen interest in the realm of Human Resources, specifically employee relations. My professional back-ground, combined with my passion for sociology, has fuelled my curiosity in understanding how companies can develop and implement policies that promote inclusion, diversity, and equity within the workplace. I strongly believe that the experience of the employees is just as important as the service, customers are offered, and human resources plays a crucial role in ensuring this. I believe that it is crucial for policies to consider the individualised experiences of employees and the broader societal context in which they operate, to ensure their work experience is motivating, encouraging and of high quality.
