Determined maintenance worker with skills performing custodial labour, including cleaning, removing vegetation and painting/ repainting to a satisfactory standard. Good with people, adept at keeping track of a number of tasks at once. Can perform tasks like cleaning, upkeep of a building, and serving to a good standard. Uses constructive criticism to improve skills and job performance.
