Summary

Accomplished global HR operations leader with more than twenty five years of delivering complex people and operational programmes across Europe, North America, the Middle East, Asia and Australia. I have built and led high performing HR functions in scale ups, public companies and post acquisition environments, creating stability, structure and operational clarity in organisations that demand pace, accuracy and strong operational judgement. My background spans HR shared services, workforce planning, global employment law, HRIS and data, employee relations, compliance and business operations, giving me a wide and practical understanding of how to run a reliable and commercially grounded HR function.

I have led global transformation programmes, centralised fragmented teams, designed service models, managed M&A integrations and delivered improvements that strengthen controls, reduce cost and raise standards. I am highly solution focused, able to see problems as opportunities, and bring clear thinking and energetic leadership that drives momentum. I challenge where needed, stay resilient under pressure and work quickly without losing precision. I understand the realities of multi country operations and build frameworks that work in practice as well as in design. My focus is always on operational excellence, efficient delivery, governance, risk management and a clear link between people operations and business performance.
