I have worked in retail for the past 15 years and am still currently working at NEXT Retail with most of those years being as a manager. I have amassed a great wealth of knowledge and experience over this time. Having worked in four different stores in various positions it only demonstrates my desire to improve myself and move up the management ladder in a short period of time. Being a conscientious manager I am effective at managing and leading teams, managing retail operations and promoting merchandise to increase profits.
