I worked at the Four Seasons in London for a week in July 2024. During my time there I experienced working in reception, HR, concierge and housekeeping. I found the consistency of service very interesting and a demonstration of how the Four Seasons has built a strong brand. Everyone I met had a strong customer service ethos.

I did work experience for a day in the aviation team at Investec Bank and learnt about aviation finance as well as technical aspects of an aircraft. What I found particularly interesting was the work culture at Investec. When i arrived, the bankers were watching a live cricket match which i thought odd at the time but I think in hindsight I was an example of the strong team culture they have where they bond socially and therefore are able to work as a team in the work context too. This was an important lesson

- I am interested in culture and am a member of Palazzo Tornabuoni in Florence which hosts many cultural events such as operas, historical talks and lectures. Bocelli is a member and I have met him. I am also interested in aircraft and aviation and collect model aircraft. I also enjoy swimming and going to the gym.

My ambition
I am still young and am trying to work out what I would like to do but one of my ambitions is to become the General Manager of the Four Seasons in Florence. I have been going there since I was 1 year old and have known the two GMs in that time - Patrizio Cipolini who was an inspiration to me and Max Musto the current GM. I see that joining EHL would be a path to me achieving this goal.
