  • Primary contact for all hard and soft facilities across two buildings.
  • Main contact for intruder and fire alarm systems, including the weekly fire alarm testing and the landlord-lead biannual evacuation drills.
  • Daily building PPM checks as well as ensuring all Boardrooms and Directors' offices are ready for the day ahead.
  • Access Control/security administrator, updating the database for new staff, issuing keys, entrance and alarm fobs, ensuring the return of these on leaving the company.

  • Scanning and binding of highly confidential and personal documents.
  • Full control of office stock; the all-important kitchen consumables, everyday stationery for colleagues.
  • Lead on DSE set-ups.
  • Overseeing of the cleaning team, with daily checks as well as organising monthly meetings with the area manager.
  • Front of house cover of reception, including room set-ups of Zoom and Microsoft Teams meetings, meeting and greeting important clients and visitors for Director meetings.
  • Principal contact for all off-site file storage, both the sending to and retrieving of old files, updating records as it proceeds.
