As a Lead Educator at Milestones Keysborough, I lead the planning, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of high-quality, play-based educational programs aligned with the EYLF and National Quality Framework. I create inclusive, stimulating learning environments that support children’s cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development while responding to their individual interests, strengths, and needs.
