Highlights:

• Working on twin tunnel of 3.8km between Howrah maiden to Esplanade which is going under the old buildings, Howrah junction railway tracks, and Hooghly River by TBM (Herren Knecht). Also done Ground stabilization by Grouting of 8 Cross-passage of length varying from 5.5 m to 16.8 m in organic clay, silty clay and sand profile followed by their execution work.
• Successfully crossed India’s one of the busiest railway stations (HOWRAH) with a stretch of 260 m along with 228 m radius & 3 % Downward gradient throughout the section.

• Monitor and track site progress, manpower mobilization and equipment deployment.
• Responsible for QA/QC works related to Tunnel.
• Ensure job safety analysis and site safety compliance.
• Executed initial site preparations, including civil works and foundations for essential installations.
• Supervised operations of bore tunnels using EPB TBM, managing segment selection and crew coordination.
• Working at TBM site which include activities like grouting, secondary grouting, ring selection, checking over TBM operation, segment erection
