Description: The Utilities Retail Billing Solution is our custom product built on top of the Excelergy Revenue Manager. As the name suggests it is primarily suited for the retail market service retail electricity providers.

Maintaining and upgrading the billing systems for some of the biggest Electricity Providers in North America having millions of customers.

Role and responsibilities:

• Coding: Working/Coding with other developers for developing assigned modules. Reviewing BRD sent by Clients and BA’s, analysing BRD’s and assigning tasks to other team members. Sometimes visiting onshore (US) for getting the requirements or work.
• Mentoring: Managing and guiding other team members for smooth completion of assigned tasks.
• Client Interaction: Phone/Video conferencing with our US counterparts and with Clients in the US.
