- Andeva Underwriting Agency Limited was formed to manage the distribution, online and via a wholesale broker network, of specialist niche motor insurance products providing the UK fleet market with a bespoke offering to rival the rigid solutions generally given by the large composite insurance companies
- I was the first technical consultant person hired by Andeva to create an online policy management system (HireSure) for Underwriters, Brokers and Clients
- Initially, I managed a team of two developers and two supports personnel based in the UK
- As the business grow, Andeva decided to enhance the existing system so that it should also cater for policy holders daily needs using web based online platform
- At the same time Andeva management decided to create a comprehensive Risk Management System (ARMS) for the Risk Management department
- In order to full fill the above needs, Andeva gave me an opportunity to setup an off-shore IT Company in Mumbai-India so that all Andeva's futures software needs are managed and developed by off-shore India office
- I successfully recruited very talented team of developers and setup the company successfully
