My current role involves:

• Reviewing patients face-to-face with mixture of acute and chronic cases
• Doing phone triage for urgent appointments
• Going for home visits for acute and palliative patients and EOL
• A wide range of administrative work includes prescription signing, filing bloods, and dealing with Docman letters.
• I am currently involved in some quality improvement projects, including weaning patients on long term opioid use and some women's health related quality improvement projects.

This job included:

• A wide variety of skills, including reviewing patients in person and remotely.
• Dealing with LD patients.
• having good experience with administrative work.

• ITP post working in GP land plus working with talking therapies at Oldham IAPT Center.
• Good experience with mental health patients and community mental health services, including talking therapies.

During this year, I worked as SHO in medicine for the first 6 month and then in AE.

• I had very good experience in dealing with acutely unwell patients, with different presentations
• working In AE I was exposed to almost all the emergency presentations.

This role inculded:

• Reviewing patients with acute and chronic medical problems with inpatient and outpatient presentation
• Teaching internal medicine to final year medical students and supervising junior doctors during their internal medicine residency years.
• participating in quality improvement activities, especially for foundation doctors' training.

This role involved

• reviewing a wide variety of patients through different medicine rotations, including nephrology,endocrine, haematology, gastroenterology oncology and elderly medicine.
• supervising medical students during their hospital rotations.

• Diagnosed and treated patients suffering from chronic conditions.
• Participated in quality improvement initiatives to optimize clinical processes and enhance overall patient care standards.
• Increased patient satisfaction with thorough assessments, clear communication, and empathetic bedside manner.
• Enhanced collaboration among healthcare team members for optimal patient care delivery.
