- Worked as part of Environment Management Team whose responsibility included support of the clearing house's non production murex platform.
- The team worked in a 24*5 support model and we ensured smooth delivery of various releases. The responsibilities included monitoring of ITD, EOD batches. L2 and L3 support for all the batch related and Murex related issues.
- The system being a very demanding and ever-changing working environment, we used get all sorts of queries and challenges during a typical day that made us debug and solve issues for a range of technologies like Murex, Informatica, Java, Perl, Python, Groovy, Unix Scripting and Oracle.
