Summary

MA Applied Linguistics graduate from the prestigious Institute of Education ( IoE) at University College, London. My modules "Language at Work" and "Multimodal Communication" taught me about the language of various sectors as well as how to present information in an informative and engaging way for the viewer, this includes written language and visuals. Excellent public speaker as I have presented, hosted, and given speeches at dozens of events throughout my time with AWYAF. I am the host of a bi-weekly Zoom meeting, the head writer of the news bulletin, the presenter of newsreels, as well a voice-over person for short information videos for which I write and edit the scripts. My studies taught me much about professional communication and my volunteer work has given me opportunities to implement the knowledge I have gained and constantly learn new skills. As content writer I look forward to pushing the boundaries of my abilities and creativity to produce texts that captivate and excite the audience.
