• You must ensure that the rooms are cleaned to standard (and complete the rooms with everything required)
• You must make sure that there are no maintenance problems in the rooms and if there are, you must report them immediately and always keep in touch with the maintenance office in case you need the room urgently
• You have to make sure that all the priority rooms (arrivals, groups) are cleaned by the required time, and you always keep in touch with the reception and the team to deliver everything on time in case the cleaners need something, notify the porters to bring them
• You must always keep in touch with the housekeeping office, in case unforeseen situations arise
• You have to offer training to new people (room attendants and supervisors), show them the cleanliness standard, and give them COSH and health and safety regulation training
• You must ensure that all VIP and show-around rooms are delivered on time and show a high level of cleanliness
  Every day you have to check what job you have to do: in the morning to prepare the room attendance phones and to hold the meeting or in the evening to take the phones and keys and have the people arrive at the appropriate time
• At the end of the day you have to give the report and if there are problems (you have to give feedback about the new people and if they are performing)

You must ensure that all public areas are clean and disinfected according to cleaning standards (reception and downstairs bar, toilets, upstairs bar, elevators, corridors, changing rooms)
You must make sure that all the meeting rooms are cleaned and completed for the next day
You have to make sure that all the rooms that need service and if the guest needs something, it is taken to him
If you have rooms to be cleaned in the evening, you must make sure that they are up to standard
You have to receive and deliver the linen for the next day
You must ensure that each person receives adequate training by COSH and Health and safety procedures

• Cleaned room hotel to achieve immaculate presentation and hygiene.
• Resolved guest queries in line with service standards and protocols.
• Identified cleaning efficiencies to reduce average room preparation times.
• Delivered extra linen and toiletries to meet guest needs.
• Vacuumed and dusted reception areas and walkways.
