1. İşbank, Turkey

Successfully drove a year-long Pega 8.5 upgrade for İşbank, Turkey, encompassing 50+ applications and 500+ operational processes, a key initiative to maintain their market leadership. Key achievements included:

• Strategically planned the complex upgrade and migration process based on a thorough landscape assessment
• Provided critical architectural guidance and championed Pega 8 best practices, UI recommendations, and security enhancements.
• Orchestrated the COE team's efforts to efficiently resolve day-to-day upgrade roadblocks across diverse application teams.

2. CEDR (Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution)

A Dispute Resolution System that serves as an online Case Management system (CMS) to manage and resolve disputes between eligible small and medium sized businesses and participating banks. Key achievements included:

• Leading a geographically dispersed team to achieve timely and cost-effective technical delivery of the platform.
• Instrumental in implementing a secure authorization model for the banks, and demonstrating a deep familiarity with the security model and platform infrastructure.

Led and successfully delivered significant enhancements to CMT, a critical central Case Management tool (built on the Customer Service framework, handling high volumes of Customer Requests, Incidents, and Complaints from over 1000 Exchange mailboxes for 5+ years). Key achievements included:

• Consistently delivered high-quality results in a high-pressure environment by introducing structured approaches and technical governance.
• Instrumental in proactively investigating and resolving performance bottlenecks as the system scaled to accommodate increasing volumes and thousands of users, ensuring continued stability and efficiency.
• Effectively managed and provided technical guidance to a large offshore team, ensuring on-track delivery against tight project deadlines.

• Architected and designed a PPI Complaint Handling system that was aimed at replacing a paper-based solution across multiple sites.
• Designed a sophisticated Pega application for the Mortgage Transformation Programme, overcoming complex integration requirements with a Third party Mortgage Advice product called Momentum through high-volume messaging

Cash ISA Transfer - This is the first project within the Simplification Programme to had gone live which aimed to automate the transfer of ISA (Individual Savings Account) in and out of the bank. Key achievements included.

• Contributed significantly to the design and implementation of a standard and scalable PRPC Integration framework, which effectively addressed integration challenges within a complex IT landscape.
• Demonstrated technical expertise in building solutions and troubleshooting complex issues with the following technologies: SOA, BPM, Webservices, Messaging, XML Schemas

• Life Pensions & Investments (LP&I), Lloyds Bank, Bristol - Application that aimed to replace the existing Customer Service workflow application called AWD
• Group Wide Customer Screening, Lloyds Bank, London - An application built on FCM framework to screen customer data against sanctions.
