Administering the development of MT/AMT & AT Shifter System from RFQ till SOP (concept definition until realization) by understanding the customer specifications, creating DFMEA, Concept development, Virtual validation, Design reviews, Prototyping, production readiness, tooling kick-off, design verification and planning, product validation, PPAP Sign-off, and SOP kick-off
Determining product definitions, Design Skelton, Kinematics, Design Calculations
