- Arranging appointment, slots from Client/Partners to allocate the deliveries on time.
- Handling escalation related to appointment slots & materials.
Provide timely updates to PM/VM/ & Brand managers (Stakeholders).
Maintain consolidated & summary report of deliveries for management. - Interacting with team across India for stock availability & avoid escalations.
- Maintaining region wise delivery & transit billing report.
- Co-ordinate with client/Partners & ensure to resolve the issues related appointment slots.
- Arranging POD (Proof of Delivery) for on time payments.
Accept PO from client/partners portals & resolve any related issues. - Product listing and catalogue management through Vendor Central at Amazon and Via Templates at Flipkart
Handled AMS (Amazon Marketing Service) for better viability of brand and products. - New Brands enrollment at Amazon.
Mapping Prat-code (SKU) & ASIN in EDI system. - Interacting with vendors for on time allocation of materials.
Interacting with stakeholder/Champs for the forecast and arrange deliveries accordingly. - Data analysis for accurate information/updates to management.
