  • Lead the singles coaching for the Swiss Badminton national team.
  • Organise and plan weekly training for the singles squad (6-8 players).
  • Planning tournament programmes for players incorporating different levels of tournaments for each individual. Some tournaments with the aim to really challenge a player and highlight key work areas and other lower level tournaments to give players an opportunity to win games and gain confidence.
  • Planned an Olympic qualification tournament plan for 2 players aiming for the 2024 Paris Olympics, with two Swiss singles players now having qualified and attending
  • Coached Jenjira Stadelman to European Games Bronze medal in 2023 in Poland, the first European Games medal for Switzerland in badminton.
  • Work on development and performance goals with the 8 players and work with Support Staff such as Physiotherapists and Strength and Conditioning coaches to maximise individual players performance and improve the players weaknesses.
  • Developed a new funding structure for the Elite squad based on ranking and performance bonuses designed to motivate players so they could earn more financially based on better performances in competition.
  • Accompany and coach the team at International tournaments and competitions.
  • Assessing strategies of opponents and planning counter approaches. Using video analysis prior to the game to help strengthen these plans.
