• Account management of over 28000 users on premise + cloud
• Mimecast: Basic Administrator role for mail flow control, security and compliance
• Active Directory: Creating, Recovering and Migrating users, groups, resources, mailboxes with Powershell scripts
• Access to data: Shared folders and drives assigning relevant permissions
• Software and Applications: Authorizing access to corporate applications and flagging external units
• Licensing: Assigning licenses like E5 and F3, and limit exceeding numbers
• Microsoft O365: Enabling, troubleshooting and technical analysis of office applications for users

Technical Team:

• Install, configure and update hardware/software components
• Corporate Telephony: Mobile and SIM management
• Troubleshooting all Microsoft Office 365 applications on corporate devices
• Project on fibre jumpering projects with Networking team

Engineers Team:

• Rebuild: Surface and Lenovo laptops, Android/IOS phones and tablets (latest versions 22h2)
• Site projects: IT support for assemblies/mayor meetings around both Newham and Havering councils
• Active Incident response and service requests resolution

Unified Comms Team:

• Project: RiO software deployment to over 30 users, pushing policies in devices to provide updated versions, individual support to all users
• RDSH Migration: Remote desktop connection migration from old servers to 2016 servers with powershell scripts

• First-line support with technical issue analysis
• Webhelp desk requests: Assigning tickets to respective teams
• Uniflow Printing: Web and on-campus support for students and staffs
• Microsoft office application support
• Networking Project: Total downtime of 15 minutes, changed on-prem servers for 3 buildings of London Campus successfully
