• To contribute to development and maintenance of comprehensive technical manuals for new Trent XWB-84EP engine, ensuring accurate, clear, and concise documentation that supports the successful operation and maintenance of the engine.
• Build the team of 30 members (offshore) to support the customer requirements and deliverables.
• To develop and deliver the initial issue of technical manuals for the new Trent XWB-84EP engine, ensuring comprehensive, accurate, and user-friendly documentation that supports the successful operation and maintenance of the engine.
• Need to interact with specialists for any changes in the limits or method in Aircraft Maintenance Manuals, Engine Manuals, Cleaning, Inspection and Repair Manuals.
• Ensure that the manuals comply with all relevant industry standards, regulations, and certification requirements (e.g., EASA).
• Conduct technical reviews and proofreading to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies.
• Identified opportunities for continuous improvement and implemented change initiatives to enhance operations.

• Supported On-wing queries raised by customers and operators in AMM.
• Provide solutions for queries through TPCR (Technical Publication Change Request) and RTV (Repeater TV) for changes in AMM via Tech Requests.
• Need to interact with specialists for any changes in limits in AMM. Incorporation of Tool Bulletins (TB) and OMSD's.
• Working level knowledge on Airnav, RR care, Insight, Teamcenter and Tech Request Tools.
• Identified opportunities for continuous improvement and implemented change initiatives to enhance operations..

• Supports the on-wing and off-wing queries which are raised by customers and operators respectively.
• Prepared Project Management Plan to solve any queries.
• Build the team of 6 members to support the customer. Trained the team to solve the critical issues for the customer.
• Provide the solutions for the queries through CF16 Investigations, RMR (Request for Manual Revision), SB (Service Bulletin), NMSB (Non-Mod Service Bulletin, TV (Technical Variance), RTV (Repeater TV) and SS (Service Standardization) for changes in AMM, CMM and EM via Technical Queries and Technical Requests.
• Need to interact with specialists for any changes in the limits in EM and AMM.
• Study of queries, analysis of discrepancies and finalization of requirements.
• Creation of Service Bulletins (SB) and Non-Mod Service Bulletins (NMSB).
• Incorporation of Tool Bulletins (TB) and OMSD's.
• Analysis and gathering of various source documents for creation of RMR (Request for Manual Revision), SB (Service Bulletin), NMSB (Non-Mod Service Bulletin, TV (Technical Variance), RTV (Repeater TV) and SS (Service Standardization) as per Customer and operator's requirement.

• Creation and Revisions of Component Maintenance Manuals of DIEHL Aerospace, which are installed in Airbus A320, A340 and A380 aircrafts.
• Authoring the component's description, operation, repair, assembly and disassembly procedures with the inputs and specifications using ARBORTEXT EPIC EDITOR/ADOBE FRAMEMAKER.
• Creation/revision of the Illustrated Part List (IPL) by analyzing the Bill of Materials (BOM) and Engineering drawings. Creating and updating of Component maintenance manuals (CMM) for A320 family, A330, A340 and A380.
• Incorporation and Creation of all types of Service Bulletin (SB).
• Technical and quality controller for CMM jobs.
• Process familiarization of Component Maintenance Manuals (CMM), Aircraft Maintenance Manuals (AMM), Illustrate parts catalog (IPC) and Service bulletins (SB) creation.
• Analysis and gathering of various source documents for creation of CMM page blocks as per Client's requirement.

• Creation and Revisions of Component Maintenance Manuals of THOMPSON AERO SEATING, which are installed in Airbus and Boeing aircrafts.
• Authoring the component's description, operation, repair, assembly and disassembly procedures with the inputs and specifications using ADOBE FRAMEMAKER.
• Creation/revision of the Illustrated Part List (IPL) by analyzing the Bill of Materials (BOM) and Engineering drawings.
• Study of Engineering inputs/change notices/specifications, analysis of discrepancies and finalization of requirements.
• Incorporation of Service Bulletins (SB).
