During my many years of working in the massage field I have sharpened multiple skills such as helping others through delivering tailored massage sessions based on the individual client and their necessities. I choose this job as I believe it to be a passion of mine where I could build strong relationships with clients and colleagues through effective communication, and coupled with personal satisfaction from the help I could provide to my community. Moreover, my role as a massage therapist has enhanced my communication abilities and technical skills by developing and executing personalised massage plans, ensuring optimal client satisfaction and therapeutic outcomes.

Throughout my carer work years I provided my clients with compassionate support to assist them with daily living activities, connected with them on a higher level as I have had previous caring experience with sick family members which made me aware of the importance of gentleness with other peoples necessities. I also further developed a sense of organisation as their timed medication was a vital to their daily life, to therefore maintain a positive flow of life. However, I had to stop working as a carer due to maternity but I hold dear memories from it as I made great connections with each one of my clients.

Cleaning restaurants and stairs on the evenings has taught me the importance of maintaining a clean environment for everyone to be able to work and enjoy their stay at the restaurant. I believe this job to have influenced me to ensure a organised cleaning area were I inspected areas for cleanliness and reported any maintenance issues to improve the facilities for a better space. This has improved my perfectionist traits where I often find myself maximising my abilities to obtain a the best result possible, in this case the most effective cleaning possible. Finally, this has been one of the different jobs I have done where I found a satisfaction as I could showcase my perfectionism.
