• Successfully led the electrical system integration for 3 major new vehicle platforms(Enviro400EV, FCEV, Enviro500 EV NA) from concept to series production, managing cross-functional teams and delivering on-time to quality and cost targets.
• Engineered diagnostic and data accessibility by defining technical requirements for HV components, ensuring critical parameters and fault codes were accessible on CAN networks for service and future connected systems.
• Owned system validation plans (DVP), collaborating closely with Test & Development teams to verify architecture and functionality, utilizing CAN data analysis for fault isolation and resolution.
• Applied deep system knowledge to diagnostic processes, in supporting field issue resolution through CAN trace analysis and component data interpretation.
• Governed component EMC and HV safety compliance (ECE R10/R100), securing and validating certificates from suppliers prior to installation to ensure full vehicle homologation. Secured formal supplier sign-offs on production installations to protect warranty and liability.
• Architected vehicle-level electrical integration for chassis and body, with a focus on creating serviceable and diagnosable systems.
• Evaluated electrical system and conducted load flow studies

Electrical design for off-highway and agricultural vehicles.

• Developed wiring diagrams, harness designs, and schematics for complex machinery (CNH Combine Harvesters, Caterpillar 777D/773E Trucks).
• Executed electrical load studies to optimise system performance, a foundational skill for data-driven system health monitoring.
• Gained proficiency in CREO harness design, building a strong understanding of the physical layer that underpins network communication.
