• Spearheading the design and development of Rim and Assembly tooling section for AG & OTR wheels.

• Responsible for the desiging of rim tooling & trials as well.

• Tool Design of wheels for two wheelers, four wheelers, tractors and earthmovers for all OEM.

• Conducting product manufacturing feasibility analysis and benchmarking, achieving increase in efficiency.

• Formulated standard tooling solutions, yielding substantial cost savings.

• Evaluated raw material requirements and recommended Value Addition/Value Engineering proposals to enhance product quality

and cost-efficiency.

• Responsible for product feasibility during New Product Development (NPD) ensuring seamless integration into the manufacturing process.

• Member of CFT team for feasibility study for RFQs received as well as completion of costing based on the technical specifications and requirements.

• Accountable for ensuring sample development, tool trials, preparation of periodic Quality Assurance and Inspection reports and resolution of recurring technical issues.

• Metal manufacturing processes like - Roll forming, Draw Forming and Stamping.

• Spearhead a team of 7 engineers.
