Summary

Being a fun, energetic and compassionate person with a fundamental drive to make a positive impact to the lives of people, which led me to start my career working in charities. After experiencing quite significant burnout I now am driven to pursue roles focussing on customer service. Thriving when being able to speak with people, I find a lot of joy in dedicating myself to any role which gives me a lot of different people to talk to.

Through a lot of experience working practically with vulnerable people since the age of fifteen, I have very well developed communication and organisation skills and I am very confident in bringing to any role I take on. I have found myself to excel as a resource for support, comfort and warmth for others, something I now do weekly as a Samaritan.
