Rahil Mahmood

· Responsible for preparation of period end Civil consolidation adjustments (including profit in stock adjustments and restructuring) and performing load of joint venture results.

· Preparation of consolidation adjustment reporting deliverable for PwC, Group and Civil stakeholders.

· Prepare the five-year forecast for Civil consolidation adjustments and present this to key stakeholders.

· Support the Civil HQ Finance Business Partner with operating costs and headcount reporting.

· Support value adding financial projects. These projects will vary in size from major change programmes such as Civil-wide restructuring to smaller investigations and process improvements.

· Support completion of specific agreed upon procedures. For example Techjet audit, supporting the Operations Chief Accountant.

· Perform reporting Team Balance Sheet reconciliations using Blackline.

· Provide Blackline super-user support to the Civil business, working with the CIVUK Chief Accountant.

· Responsible for updating the Reporting Team Engine Room page.

· Support Civil Finance Control Team management with ad hoc total Civil queries (eg Controls team, Chief Accountants, Technical Finance Business Partner, Reporting Team management).
