I enjoy partaking in working in groups as everyone gets a voice,this is beneficial as with the help of everyone you get everyone’s opinion and this can lead to having a strong answer in the end. I am also good at working alone this is because when I’m alone I like to think about my actions and what I did wrong and how I can improve it.I feel like being alone sometimes is essential even for a few minutes so you can properly reflect on your actions and how you can simply improve.I’ve always found myself as the team leader given any Situation this is because I have a firm voice and I actually take in everyone’s ideas aswell as show my ideas and what I think of the situation.I am always quick to resolve problems as I believe no problem should distract us from striving.Even in school when we are given school coursework I’ve always been the team leader which hands out tasks and Co ordinates tasks with my peers,I’ve always had clear communication skills with my peers as I believe communication is key.I am very confident and not shy to give big speeches infront of large crowds.A time I have demonstrated great leadership is when my peer was shy to perform infront of the class so I gave them some motivation and I told the teacher aswell that they are shy so I insisted to help them out and stand with them aswell as read parts of their coursework infront of a large audience.I’ve been school council consecutively for 3 years in my school.
