• Ensures that works are undertaken in strict accordance with all HS&E legislation, Health and Safety and Environmental Plans
• Ensures high standards of health and safety are maintained throughout the project, guaranteeing that work is always conducted safely
• Ensures diligent QA procedures are in place for whole façade package and adhered to
• Field view protocols are followed
• Checks quality of work & manages snagging works to completion and sign off by client
• Oversees all testing both on-site and off-site
• Manages chain of custody, ensuring all required finishes align with the specifications in the ERs and contract, and undergo comprehensive testing
• Responsible for photographic evidence of Installation

• Ensure all workers are consistently adhering to safety protocols
• Organising sub-contract labour
• Carry out weekly inspections of plant and equipment
• Complete daily site diary
• Ensure operatives have the correct materials in the right place and right time in order to minimise disruption to productivity
• Ensuring build quality and finish
• Attend site meetings as required
• Support senior site manager with overseeing trades and subcontractors
• Report progress to Contracts Manager daily/weekly
• Approve Time Sheets
• Maintain a good working relationship with both operatives and the Main Contractor/Client

• Monitoring the jobs and doing periodic Quality Control checks
• Ensure they are completing all tasks correctly and on time and help to educate those positions when possible
• Measure performance and identify any areas of weakness, recommending and implementing improvements
• Collaborate with customers on quality issues and take a pro-active approach to provide solutions to any problems
• Set standards for quality as well as health and safety
• Working with project management to assist in the development, implementation and management
