Provide a welcoming and accommodating service to all guests, in compliance with departmental Standard Operating Procedures and hotel service standards.
Perform check-in and check-out duties while maintaining a professional, helpful and friendly attitude towards guests.
Actively promote the services and facilities available to guests within the hotel and maximise revenue by up-selling current promotions
Liaise with other departments to ensure good communication and support.
Monitor room allocations and process invoices upon check-out.
Contribute in maintaining an excellent level of service in conjunction with the minimum requirement of the LQA standards at all times.
