  • Overviewing tech/style packs across all ranges of products, leading the development of styles from pre-production to seal and handing over to production
  • Leading fits, making comments, ensuring that those comments are applied by oversees factories correctly

  • Working with in-house pattern cutting studio and Gerber team, to ensure the correct and suitable construction methodologies are applied to all styles
  • Liaising with the design & tech teams to develop the style as close as possible to the designer's vision and to the brand's requirements
  • Working with the PR department to manage photoshoots and e-com samples within the critical path

- Generally driving improvement and the quality of the product, identifying high-risk products, and setting additional QC checks at the production stage.
