This initiative showcased my ability to drive precision and effectiveness in addressing critical IBOR-related challenges Global Markets – Debt Solutions Group – Repack, The Trading’s main IT system (“SPV Database - Repack”) contains an inventory of all live and historic vehicle, series and trade information booked through the Repack (Repackaging – SPV) platform. It was recognised that there are a number of issues with the platform, impacting support costs, control risk and business performance. Task: Requirements and Functional Design - Overall project management - Analysis of Repack business requirements, existing functionality and gaps - Facilitated agreement between stakeholders. Global Markets –Fixed Income - Brexit, Analysis & Mobilisation of Operations in near locations to ensure the movement (If any) is smooth and the bank is fully prepared on the outcome of Brexit. Process ensures that the population of accounts with trustee is monitored and managed closely and costs associated with dormant accounts are reduced and have resulted in prospects of cost managements and controls.
