• Scaled testing capacity from a single site (Heathrow Terminal 5) to eight UK sites (Heathrow Terminals 2 & 5, Stansted, Luton, Manchester, The O2 London, Gatwick and London City) within 5 months, while maintaining robust inventory control and SOP governance.
