SOCO, was essentially a marketing agency. The company worked as a middle man between the clients and the consumer, to achieve targeted objectives. Through their marketing strategies, they were able to maintain lasting and loyal relationships with clients. SOCO continued my previous sales and customer service skills, from past retail jobs, that I worked through college. However it also challenged my ability to:

• speak confidently through a pitch
• directly approach consumers in a 1-1 situation
• quickly learn product knowledge
• understand consumer responsiveness
• contribute enough to meet team target sales

CooperVision are a current global leader in the contact lenses industry. Using different types of talents; such as researchers, and manufacturing/operator experts to help them build a sustainable product. CooperVision developed my understanding on how a company maintains longevity and relevance in the current modern markets, as well as:

• how technology has furthered our ability to innovate
• participating in regular team meetings, that strengthen the work force moral and efficiency, in pointing out key areas of not only concern but highlights key improvements in performance
• studying product trends allows for quick yield loss prevention
• quality> quanity
• striving for growth in your career

Fire Group are well known for being a hospitality agency. Recruiting individuals that are able to provide excellent service. This job permitted me the flexibility to work and study, which built not only my perseverance, as sometimes the events would be hosted outside the city, but also my most valuable skill in communication. providing good customer service is only adequate, when you understand your consumer base, listening attentively to their needs and recommending the best alternative in some cases. Aided my grasp of:
