Since Cloud Software Group was established in 2022 I have had the the opportunity to take on a more strategic project based role within the HR function as well as leading the EMEA L&D team. This has allowed me to broaden my knowledge base within the HR field and I have been able to drive key strategic initiatives across the business whilst maintaining the employee learning experience.

Key achievements:

  • Project lead and SME for the learning management platform consolidation and migration to a new LMS solution.
  • Managed a group of COE leads across HR and the business to create bespoke content for the new Manager Bootcamp and onboarding training.
  • Managed the execution and rollout of the Global Compliance curriculum through the new Docebo LMS platform, including content creation, compliance audits, stakeholder management and tracking and reporting to senior leadership.
  • Designed and implemented the new company wide performance management program, including partnering with regional HR and local workers councils, global communication and rollout and ongoing monitoring and tracking throughout the performance annual cycle.
