As part of The Area Support Management Team, I have full responsibility in my area for supporting my area manager with all operational needs by engaging our teams, customer satisfaction, ensuring teams adhere to compliance and brand standards and are driving profitability. I work closely with my colleagues to share innovation, drive, growth and to inspire our teams! My role is fast paced, with lots of locations to visit, sometimes at short notice, but this is something I take in my stride.
I daily coach my teams across our area where and when required by my Area Manager
I ensure my teams are confident in all aspects including following menu specs diligently to ensure the best possible experience for the customer.
All formal training is online, however initial training and re-training of a team manager following an audit fail or concern is conducted by myself with weekly support from my area manager.
I ensure Health and Safety is an absolute priority, and my teams not only adhere to, but excel in all areas of company policy
I assist with any new kitchen contracts to support the ongoing growth of the business

I have in depth knowledge of both workplace Health and Safety and Food Safety procedures and policies.
I have great working knowledge of the kitchen, food specs, product knowledge and health and safety. And able to identify poor food standards and able to communicate and train my teams to rectify the issues at hand. I drive sales by training teams to deliver excellent service, the best standards of food and a clean, safe kitchen and counter.
My role was set in a primary school, managing a small team to provide a range of hot and cold, nutritionally balanced meals to pupils.
All management tasks were completed my myself on a daily, weekly and monthly basis including staff time sheets, processing orders and deliveries, stocktaking, data reporting, staff safety meetings and ensuring all health and safety legislation was adhered to.
As well as managing my team I was also responsible for 80% of the food preparation, as well as meeting all food hygiene regulations at all times.
